(KNOX/KFGO) –North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Jon Godfread has ordered Silverberry Group and WoundScribe AI to stop doing business in the state.
Godfread says the companies have been soliciting investments without being properly registered in North Dakota.
Silverberry Group is a medical artificial intelligence technology company, and it converted to WoundScribe AI in 2025.
The North Dakota Insurance and Securities Department issued the order to protect investors. The companies have a right to a hearing with Godfread.
