(KNOX) –A teacher from Napoleon has been named North Dakota’s 2027 Teacher of the Year.
Brian Schneider is an agricultural education teacher at Napoleon Public School. He has been a teacher for 40 years, where for 35 of those years, he has been teaching students from 7th to 12th grade.
He has led the local FFA chapter to over 150 state championships in both team and individual competition, as well as three national titles.
Schneider was one of four finalists and was chosen over educators located in Jamestown, Dickinson and Washburn.
