(KNOX) – In a thriller, Central pulled the reverse sweep Thursday night, defeating Red River 3-2 (23-25, 21-25, 25-18, 25-17, 15-13) at Central High School.
Marley Uhlir again led the way for the Knights, with 17 kills and six aces in unofficial numbers.
Alex Gowan added 12 kills for Central.
Sloane Smaby led a balanced Red River attack with 13 kills for the Roughriders.
Central improves to 1-2 in EDC play, 3-7 overall. Red River is now 0-3 in EDC play, 2-8 overall
