Thompson, Hatton-Northwood Receiving Votes in Opening Polls

(KNOX) – Friday brings the first football games of the year for the small schools, and a few area schools are receiving mentions in the opening media polls.

Thompson received votes in the Class “A” 11-man poll, while Hatton-Northwood received mentions in the 9-man poll.

In the greater region, Langdon the top-ranked team, receiving the top ranking in the 11-man “A” poll.  North Border was ranked fifth in the 9-man poll.
