(KNOX) – Grand Forks Red River girls golf turned in a third-place finish at the East-West golf event in Jamestown this week.
Red River was within five strokes of the lead after Monday’s round at Hillcrest Golf Course, but slipped on Tuesday at the Jamestown Country Club. Monday saw the Riders shoot 325, while Tuesday’s round netted a 344.
Alexis Fabian paced Red River both days, turning in a 74 at Hillcrest and a 75 at Jamestown Country Club.
The next EDC event is at Bois de Sioux in Wahpeton Thursday.
