(KNOX) –Altru Health System will end its home health services starting on September 1. Altru says all the patients who are receiving home health services have been made aware of the change, and they are receiving help in transferring services to other agencies in their communities.
Altru says growing regulations has led to many home health agencies deciding to close, but they say they will continue to offer other home based programs.
