(KNOX) – A benefit has been established for the family of Nick Chine, longtime Grand Forks Royals baseball coach who passed away Friday.

The Chine family has been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from the community, and the help they could use would be to cover the cost of funeral services.
Chine passed away Friday unexpectedly, just hours after the Royal season came to an end. He was involved with baseball in the Grand Forks area for nearly 30 years.
