(KNOX) –A disability pride event will be held Tuesday, July 29 in honor of Disability Pride Month.
The South Advocacy Solutions, Advocating Change Together and Self-Advocates of Minnesota Northwest will host the event in Grand Forks from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Town Square.
There will be an open mic, food, games, live entertainment, as well as speakers and performances from the Listen Center’s Performing for Change.
Organizers are looking for more sponsors, vendors, food trucks and participants.
