(KNOX) – Grand Forks based John Deere dealer True North Equipment will be acquired by RDO Equipment, a family-owned agribusiness that has its headquarters in Fargo.
RDO announced on Tuesday it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire True North Equipment’s John Deere agriculture locations in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
