(KNOX) – U.S. Senator and DFL Gubernatorial Candidate Amy Klobuchar is visiting eight counties across Northwest and Northern Minnesota this week as part of a three-day rural economy tour.
Klobuchar will visit Kittson, Koochiching, Lake of the Woods, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Red Lake and Roseau counties. Her stops will address small business and economic development, tourism, child care access, health care access and electricity infrastructure projects.
The tour is part of Klobuchar’s ongoing outreach to rural communities across the state, as she is running to be the DFL Gubernatorial Nominee in this November’s General Election.
