(KNOX) – U.S. Border Patrol Agents from the Grand Forks Sector apprehended a Jamaican National near the Pigeon River Port of Entry.
A 33-year-old man abandoned his vehicle and entered the U.S. illegally. He was walking southbound on Highway 61. The man is being processed for unlawful presence and he will be deported back to Jamaica.
Border Patrol Agents worked with U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents and with Canadian Law Enforcement to apprehend the man.
