The Tommies scored the tying and winning runs on a Bottineau throwing error during a Thompson bunt. Two runs scored on the play.
Thompson, the three seed, advances to face Park River, the two seed.
LaMoure-LM/Edgeley was the lone upset victim, falling to five-seed Velva. Kindred, the top seed, was a one-run winner over Des Lacs-Burlington.
