
(KNOX) – Grand Forks Red River will host an Eastern Dakota Conference baseball tournament matchup Tuesday after a fourth-place finish in the regular season.
The Roughriders finished 13-7, a game ahead of West Fargo Sheyenne in the final league standings. Red River will host Sheyenne Tuesday, with first pitch at 4:30 PM at Kraft Field.
West Fargo Horace finished as the top seed, with a record of 17-3. Fargo South will be the second seed, West Fargo is the third seed.
Red River split with Sheyenne this season, winning game one 10-7, while dropping the second game of the doubleheader 8-7.
