(KNOX) – Requests for the primary residence tax rebate was in line with expectations in North Dakota.
State Tax Commissioner Brian Kroshus said 164,760 Primary Residence Credit requests were received by the state for the 2025 tax year. That number was on the higher end of estimates, but not a surprise.
Kroshus added that the high participation was a good thing for North Dakota taxpayers.
