Grand Forks Hires New City Engineer

(KNOX) – Grand Forks didn’t have to look too far to fill the open position of City Engineer.  The Grand Forks council gave preliminary approval last night (Monday) to the hiring of Christian Danielson to fill the post left vacant by the retirement of Al Grasser.

Danielson has been with the engineering department since 2019 when he started as an intern.  He is scheduled to begin his new duties May 17th at a starting salary of $160,492.  A total of four people applied for the position.
