Governor to Present Budget Guidelines to North Dakota State Agencies For 2027-2029 Biennium

(KNOX) – Gov. Kelly Armstrong on Wednesday will present his executive budget guidelines to North Dakota state agency leaders for the 2027-2029 biennium.

The governor will deliver the guidelines at 11 a.m. in the Brynhild Haugland Room of the State Capitol. Office of Management and BudgetDirector Joe Morrissette also will address agency leaders.

Agency budget proposals developed under the guidelines will be used by Armstrong to craft his executive budget recommendation, which he will present to state legislators in December ahead of their January 2027 regular session.
