(KNOX) – Legal records said that a Grand Forks man is accused of exchanging sexually explicit videos with minors.
Noah Habeck, 27, is charged with two counts of luring minors by computer and two counts of possession of child sex abuse materials.
The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation received cyber tips from social media platform “X” about child sex abuse materials on three separate accounts. Investigators tracked the accounts back to Habeck’s apartment in Grand Forks.
He was chatting with girls who told him they were 13 and 15-years-old. Investigators said that Habeck allegedly asked the girls to send him sexual videos. He is also accused of sending sexually explicit videos to the teens.
