(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man has been arrested after he allegedly held a knife to a woman’s throat and choked her.
Legal records said that Richard Littlewind Jr, 39, is facing charges of terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence.
Grand Forks Police were called to a home for a welfare check after the reporting party received a concerning text from the victim.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 4th.
