(KNOX) – The Grand Forks Planning and Zoning Commission approved access control for a new company.
Director of Planning and Community Development Ryan Brooks said the change is where a new potato processing plant will be located.
“The work that the Agristo plant is going up on north of 27th Avenue North,” said Brooks.
The pervious developer had nailed in where their driveways were going to be.
The change would allow additional driveway access where Agristo is building.
