Minnesota Senate Republican Leader of East Grand Forks Says Anti-ICE Protest That Disrupted a Church Service is Unacceptable

(KNOX) – Minnesota Senate Republican Leader Mark Johnson of East Grand Forks said the anti-ICE protest that disrupted a St. Paul church service Sunday is unacceptable.

The U.S. holds dear the commitment to the rule of law and respect for religious freedom. He strongly condemns the reckless action that invades places of worship to harass people in a sacred space.

He said that the tone needs to be lowered and that he is praying for all Minnesotans to come together and work toward solutions for our state
