(KNOX) – According to documents filed with the North Dakota Secretary of State’s Office a former Grand Forks state senator in jail for traveling abroad with plans to have sex with children has refunded unspent campaign funds to his donors.
Former State Senator Ray Holmberg refunded more than $4,000 in his campaign account.
