(KNOX) – A 58-year-old Mandaree man has been charged with murder after a homicide on the Turtle Mountain Reservation.
Rigoberto Mendez-Moralesis facing a felony murder charge in connection with the incident.
Court documents show he was taken into custody.
The FBI has said that was no threat to the public.
