
(KNOX) – West Fargo Sheyenne swept a doubleheader over Grand Forks Red River Friday night.
The Roughrider girls were topped 56-41, while the boys were edged 80-72 at Red River High School.
Sheyenne’s girls moved to 3-1 in the Eastern Dakota Conference (EDC) standings, now a game ahead of Red River for third. Red River trails Fargo Shanley for fourth place by a half-game.
Red River’s boys fall to 2-2 in the league, now tied with Sheyenne for fourth place. Both teams trail the trio of West Fargo Horace, Fargo Davies, and West Fargo, who are all 4-1.
