(KNOX) – A Fordville man will stand trial January 27th in Grand Forks County after chemical breath test results were officially returned in a deadly crash case.
Travis Bell is accused of criminal vehicular homicide and injury after a June 2024 crash near the Grand Forks International Airport killed 6-year-old Katarina Louthain.
The North Dakota Supreme Court recently reversed a lower court ruling in December that had previously suppressed the breath test evidence.
The high court stated the district court misapplied the law, concluding Bell voluntarily consented to the test.
