(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man is facing two felony terrorizing charges as well as a misdemeanor DUI charge after allegedly threatening officers with a rifle during a confrontation.
John Fjestad, 33, was arrested following an incident that began when police responded to reports of an intoxicated driver stuck in snow near his home on North 5th Street.
According to court documents, Grand Forks Police arrived after receiving reports that Fjestad had threatened to shoot someone who tried to help him when his vehicle became stuck.
