Genius Companies Acquires HB Sound & Light

(KNOX) – HB Sound & Light of Grand Forks, an audio-visual, lighting, security and automation firm serving the Upper Midwest, said that the company successfully transitioned to new ownership on May 1, 2025.

The company is now owned and operated by Clarkson Sande, President of Genius Companies, and continues to operate under the HB Sound & Light name with key members of its long-standing team fully in place.

The new leadership brings a fresh perspective, expanded resources, and a strong commitment to clients and community. This transition marks a new chapter for HB Sound & Light, and we are confident it will bring new opportunities and improvements that benefit our clients directly.
