(KNOX) -The Grand Forks Police Department has arrested the suspect in the attempted robbery at Discontent on 12/17/25. The suspect is Logan D. Winkler,30, Brocket, ND.
Winkler has been charged with attempted robbery in connection with the incident and no further charges are expected at this time. Nobody else is believed to be involved.
