Altru Holiday Hours

(KNOX) – Altru will adjust hours and close clinics, outpatient and retail services on December 24, 25 in addition to January 1. Some services will remain open, as detailed:
• The Express Clinic at Altru Professional Center:
o December 24 & 25 and January 1, 2026 | 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Altru Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy:
o December 24 & 25 and January 1, 2026 | 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Altru’s Emergency Department and Altru Hospital will remain open 24/7 during the holiday weekend.

In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

Additionally, Altru Patient Financial Services will be closed December 24 –26.

Patients who would like to make a payment can still utilize MyChart or speak with a HERO team member at Altru Hospital on Friday, December 26.
