Program Deadline for Grand Forks Home Owners is Approaching

(KNOX) – Mayor of Grand Forks, Brandon Bochenski said time is running out on a plan for home owners.

“We have that Gate City loan program, that’s going to close October 31st. said Bochenski.

The City of Grand Forks partnered with Gate City Bank to revitalize mature neighborhoods by helping homeowners make repairs and home improvements at a low interest rate.

“If you have a single family home less than $350,000, check out the city’s website and get in on that program. It’s a great opportunity to cut some costs,” Bochenski said.

“This innovative program is great for Grand Forks. It will help homeowners increase the lifespan and value of their property, while also improving neighborhoods, said Bochenski.
