(KNOX) – A passerby in Grand Forks called police around 12:30 Monday afternoon and told them of a woman’s body in the water.
It was just north of the Riverside Dam boat ramp on the west side of the river.
The victim’s identity is not known.
The Grand Forks Department is asking for anyone with information on the investigation to contact them.
