(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man waived his preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to Class A felony gross sexual imposition for alleged sexual contact with a sleeping teenager.

Court records said that 28-year-old Dylon Tetzloff was reported to law enforcement in July.

A teenage girl said that when she awoke, he was trying to remove her clothing.

The summary says that Tetzloff allegedly admitted to being on top of the girl and kissing her before she woke up.

His next court appearance is scheduled for December 4th.
