(KNOX) – According to court records a Grand Forks man charged with terrorizing after threatening to kill officers and drown them in motor oil last week.
When Grand Forks Police arrived on scene, they saw the suspect, Kailon Graywater, engage in fighting behavior with closed fists.
Officers placed Graywater under arrest and took him to the Grand Forks Correctional Center.
The records said that Graywater then allegedly told officers, one of whom was the police chief of Grand Forks that he was going to kill and shoot them.
