(KNOX) – According to court records a Grand Forks woman is accused of third-degree murder for 20-year-old’s overdose death.
Rachel Boswell, 44, was charged after East Grand Forks police responded to a reported fentanyl overdose. On the morning of August 19th East Grand Forks police responded to an apartment for a suspected fentanyl overdose fatality. A woman was found on scene, laying on her stomach on a bedroom floor. Boswell allegedly admitted to providing the fentanyl.

Conditions include no alcohol or controlled substance use, submitting to testing and searches of herself and her property as well as taking part in a pre-trial supervision program.
