(KNOX) – It will be a top showdown in Eastern Dakota Conference soccer tonight when Fargo Davies visits Grand Forks to face Red River.
Preseason polls showed the two teams were both picked in the top half of the league, and are favored to win state tournament appearances this season.
The season started well for Red River, but the conference season did not. The Riders powered past Minot North 6-4, then battled Jamestown, last year’s WDA champ, to a 0-0 draw. Fargo South shocked Red River 3-0 Monday night in the league opener at Cushman Field.
Tonight’s matchup will be streamed on KNOX Live Sports, with pregame coverage beginning at 6:15 PM. You can follow the coverage at this link.
