(KNOX) – Terri Mollman-Larson has been selected as North Dakota Housing Finance Agency’s (NDHFA) new home ownership division director. An NDHFA employee for 8 years, Mollman-Larson previously served as the agency’s servicing coordinator, managing the staff that supports the agency’s more than 13,000 borrowers.
“We are excited to have Terri take on a new role at the agency,” said NDHFA Executive Director Brandon Dettlaff. “She guided her team through the challenges of the pandemic and navigated a wave of evolving regulations with skill and grace, a feat that required not only technical expertise but also patience, leadership, and adaptability.”
NDHFA’s home ownership division helps North Dakotans, primarily first-time buyers, become successful homeowners by providing home buyer education, down payment and closing cost assistance, and affordable mortgage financing.
“I’m looking forward to stepping into this role and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue working with the home ownership team to help North Dakotans achieve and become successful homeowners,” said Mollman-Larson.
