(KNOX) – According to legal records a Grand Forks woman was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol.
Grand Forks Police observed 51 year-old Shiela Otto’s vehicle swerving within its lane between the intersections near North 55th Street and Gateway Drive.
Before making the traffic stop, Otto’s vehicle reached 55 to 56 mph in a 40 mph zone.
Court documents said that Otto told police that she consumed alcoholic beverages earlier in the night and provided a blood alcohol content of .224.
It was Otto’s third DUI charge since 2023.
