Community Backing Fuels Matching Gift Campaign for Vulnerable Adults at St. Anne’s Guest Home

(KNOX) – St. Anne’s Guest Home is once again launching a matching gift campaign this July. This year’s effort is marked by record community involvement, with over 30 local businesses, churches, and individuals committing their support, nearly triple the participation from previously.

The campaign is set to culminate on July 26, the feast day of St. Anne, the home’s patron saint. This day has long held special meaning for the Sisters and staff, and in recent years, it has also served as an opportunity to invite the community to join in their mission of compassion and care.

The matching gift campaign will support the ongoing needs of St. Anne’s, which provides a caring home for nearly sixty elderly and/or disabled individuals, through its basic care unit and HUD apartments. At a time when rising costs of food, fuel, and essential services continue to impact care facilities across the country, the generosity of these local partners is greatly appreciated.
