(KNOX) – According to the highway patrol on Tuesday morning on 41st Street North East, about a half mile west of 91st Avenue North East, approximately 4 miles south of Crary, a Sterling Cement Truck was eastbound on 41st Street Northeast, when the right rear tires left the roadway.
The truck rolled and came to rest on the driver’s side.
The driver sustained fatal injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the highway patrol.
