(KNOX) – The Grand Forks County Commission approved Agristo tax incentive.
The incentive which is being put forth by the City of Grand Forks would lower the property tax bill over time for Agristo.
Since the tax breaks are more than five years, the City of Grand Forks has to inform the Grand Forks County Commission and the Grand Forks School Board about the plan.
The organizations can choose to offer the tax cuts.
If they do not let the Grand Forks City Council know after 30 days, they will take part in the tax cuts.
