(KNOX) – Grand Forks had a tough offensive night in their first conference matchups in the Legion baseball season.
The Royals failed to score in dropping both ends of a doubleheader, losing the first game 11-0 (5), and the second 2-0.
Grand Forks was limited to just two hits in the first game, with both being infield singles. Dickinson racked up 11 runs as Royals pitching allowed five walks and five hit batsmen in five innings.
Tuesday sends the Royals on the road to face Fargo Post 400 in two league games.
