(KNOX) – Dakota Commercial Real Estate is planning the development of apartments off 47th Avenue South near the Icon Sports Center on the south end of Grand Forks.
Construction on the proposed five acre complex is scheduled start in 2027 and with a planned completion date of 2029.
The proposal includes about 150 apartment units and 10,000 square feet of commercial space in the planned five floor building.
