(KNOX) – Crews will be closing North 4th Street from 1st Avenue North to 2nd Avenue North starting on Tuesday, May 27. The closure is for a complete reconstruction of the road.
The closure will also close access to the parking lot between Central High School and City Hall.
Sidewalks for pedestrian traffic will remain open during the project.
The road closure is expected to be in place until mid-October, weather permitting.
