(KNOX) – According to court documents a West Fargo woman was sentenced last week 85 months for conspiracy to commit a first-degree controlled substance sale in Polk County.
Rebecca Grant, 37, had a second felony charge third-degree sale of a controlled substance thrown out.
In August 2024, Grant sold 14 fentanyl pills to a confidential informant across two separate controlled buys.
The records state that she is also thought to have set up another drug transaction that happened in January 2023.
