(KNOX) – The City of Grand Forks parking ramps, Central, 415 1st Ave North and Corporate, 55 South 5th Street, will be undergoing repairs over the course of the summer with majority of work focused within Corporate Ramp and limited work conducted in Central Ramp.
Starting on Saturday, April 12, 2025, the top two levels of Corporate Ramp will be closed. The bottom two floors will remain open for current permit holders through the end of May. Vehicles will need to be removed from the top 2 levels by 6 am on Saturday, April 12th or they will be towed at the owners expense.
Later this summer, full closure of the Corporate ramp will occur at least once, likely in early June. There is a high probability of an additional closure mid-to late-summer.
