(KNOX) – A person has been acknowledged in the March 24 hit-and-run that involved a child in Grand Forks.
University of North Dakota police said that they have spoken to that person, but they have no significant details to make any charges.
The collision occurred around 8 a.m. Monday, March 24, near North 39th Street and Sixth Avenue North in Grand Forks.
An elementary school aged individual was walking when he was hit by a vehicle police described as a 2008 to 2018 Ram 1500 pick-up that was silver or gray.
The child was found bleeding from his head when UND police got there. The boy was taken by paramedics to the hospital.
