(KNOX) – According to the University of North Dakota Police a hit-and-run pedestrian accident involving a child happened in Grand Forks Monday morning.
The elementary school child was walking on North 39th Street and Sixth Avenue North.
He was found bleeding from his head.
The child was taken to the hospital.
UND police said that they have identified an alleged owner of a vehicle matching the description of one involved.
