(KNOX) – An inmate at the Grand Forks County Correctional Center is accused of distributing fentanyl while in jail.
According to the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force they responded to the jail in December. Two inmates had overdosed.
Surveillance video shows Jeremie Castoreno returning to the jail after a court appearance with paperwork in his hands.
They tested the paper and it came back positive for fentanyl.
