The Minnesota Department of Health said that he resident was hospitalized after missing 10 days of prescribed medications. The facility and AP/RN1 and AP/RN2 were responsible for the maltreatment, the report said.
In the second case, Edgewood failed to provide continuous monitoring for signs and symptoms of a diabetic condition, resulting in the resident being admitted to the hospital with diabetic ketoacidosis.
