Most Grand Forks City Offices Closed on Presidents’ Day

(KNOX) – Most city offices will be closed on Monday, February 17, 2025 in observance of Presidents’ Day.  Regular City business will not be conducted on that day. However, emergency services will continue to operate as scheduled.

Garbage will not be picked up on Monday, February 17th.  Regular Monday pickup for the “A Route” will take place on Tuesday, February 18th, and Monday’s “B Route” pickup will take place on Wednesday, February 19th.

Recycling pick-up will take place as scheduled on Monday, February 17.  Please place items near the curb for recycling pick-up by 7:00 a.m.

Cities Area Transit (CAT) and Dial-A-Ride will operate their normal routes, but CAT administrative offices will be closed.

The Grand Forks City Council meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.

City offices will reopen for regular business on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
