
(KNOX) – According to the Crookston Police Department a man from Grand Forks and a Polk County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle collided Tuesday afternoon in Crookston at the intersection of 3rd Ave SW and U.S. Highway 75.
Bowende Somde Eudes Ju Sorgho of Grand Forks was headed southbound on Highway 75 when he collided with Deputy Brittney Neil who was driving west through the intersection in the patrol vehicle.
Both Ju Sorgho and Deputy Neil were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.
No airbags were deployed and there were no injuries.
The Crookston Police Department is investigating the crash.
